Preparation: One week prior the beginning of the programme your diet and nutrition will be discussed with our ayurvedic specialist via phone.
- Two long (some 60 minutes each) consultations and a short one (some 30 minutes) (inclusive nutrition guidelines) with our ayurvedic doctor.
- An one hour consultation, concerning a “body-soul” balance with Ms. Dr. Sandner.
- Preparation of an individual nutrition plan, which our chef implements into healing as well as tasty menus.
- Up to five treatments per day, tailored to your individual constitution.
- Choice of herbs and herbal extracts supportive to your treatment plan
- Each morning yoga lessons with our experienced and certified yoga specialist.
- Authentic ayurveda cuisine – tasty and tonic
- Authentic ayurveda tees – aromatic and harmonising.
- A lecture on „what is ayurveda?” once a week: you learn more about the „Life-knowledge”.
